Out of Da Closet doesn't offer free returns because it causes us (consumers) to be less thoughtful with our purchases. Most of the things returned to big brands don't end up back on the shelf to be sold, but the shelf headed to landfill. We want to discourage this mentality and encourage intentional consumption.
